TENSILE STRENGH 4.1 Determine and measure the Breakage Tension. Breakage tension machine to do breakage Tension Test .Prepare sample by taking 25cm in length from finished products. Pull the 25cm sample until it breaks with a tension pulling device. Read out and jot down the kilograms. 4.2 Calculate the square of Sectional Area.

SOLDER ABITILITY Heat the Tin Oven to the required test temperature. Cleansing the product to be tested with soldering flux for 1 to 2 seconds. Load the cleansed Sample onto the Tin oven for 2 to 3 seconds , then it out and examine the soldering conditions on the surface. Check product if there is any peeling of plated Tin layer and if the tested product still in acceptable condition.
BAKING TEST Hot dipped Tin copper wire: 200 degree 1 Hour. Electro plating Tin copper wire: 155 degree 16 Hour.
